THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
SOFTWARE PROGRAM This program manages all
project information by creating Correspondence,
Forms and Reports for tracking all Contacts (Owners,
Architects, Subcontractors, Vendors, Employees,
etc.), Project Information, Sub/Vendor Bid Evaluation,Subcontractors,
Purchase Orders, Subcontractor and Owner Change
Orders, Project Cost Issues, Payment applications,
Submittals, Requests For Information, Transmittals,
Letters, FAX Memos, E-mail, Phone Conversation
Records, Inter-office Memo's, Meeting Minutes,
Daily Field Reports, Noncompliance Notifications,
Project Budget and Variance, Project Hotlist,
Punchlists, and Warranties.
TRAINING
Internet training is offered to assist
in implementation and use of THE
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
SOFTWARE PROGRAM. A review and discussion
of the program's advantages, basics and the application
of each module will be covered in detail.
REMOTE ACCESS SUPPORT
Remote access support
can be provided and is free with a Support Agreement. This will allow us remote control
of your PC so that we can diagnose problems
and instantly make corrections. We can also
download custom work directly to your network
and provide limited training.
INSTALLATION AND CUSTOMIZATION
Customizing of the generic system you've purchased
is optional. If you choose to customize your
program the following decisions will need finalization
before customization can begin.
- All layouts should be reviewed to determine
addition and/or deletion of fields on the
pre-existing forms, as required for your business
needs.
- Some forms may require sizing to fit Company
letterhead. Company logos can be applied to
the forms and reports.
- Forms and reports not found in the generic
version, such as company specific or project
specific forms and/or reports can be added
to the program.
- Current contact databases or project information
databases can be imported from SYLK, DBF,
DIF, WKS, BASIC, EXCEL, and MERGE files.
Revising layouts to reflect Company standard
Subcontract Agreements, Purchase Orders, etc.
MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES
Review and evaluation of current management
methods, employee job descriptions, and organizational
chart. Recommendations for implementation of
cost-effective improvements to increase productivity,
and efficiency of employees.
