is offered at the current hourly rate of $60.00

Technical Support 
CM Software, Inc. provides
phone/remote access/email technical support for THE CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT MANAGER™ between the hours of 8:00 A.M.
and 5:00 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday
through Friday by calling 941-286-4196.
Non Subscription Rates For
Maintenance And Support 
Phone/remote access/email Technical Support is billed at $25.00
per contact plus $2.50 per minute
for non-support agreement customers. Also
note that for customers who do not subscribe
to the annual support and maintenance agreement,
generic program upgrades will be available for
purchase at full price for the update.
Charges will also apply for reinstalling custom work and any required filemaker upgrades .
Remote Access Support 
If you have Terminal Services, Citrix, or
logmein, gotomypc.com, teamviewer or other remote access method remote support
can be provided. This will allow us remote control
of your PC so that we can diagnose problems
and instantly make corrections. We can also
download custom work directly to your network
and provide limited training.
